45LC to 22 Blanks - reusable Gun Adapters allows use 22 CCI Short blanks in 45LC guns to provide an starting point for Gun fire training for horses first exposure to Gun fire sounds. Uses CCI Short Blanks or 22 Acorn Blanks. (Available at most sporting goods stores). Then when appropriate, graduate to Whitehouse 45LC Half loads. Provides a progressive method of sound conditioning for horses being trained for Mounted Shooting. Precisely machined Brass adapters, designed for 45LC guns. Set 6. Do not use with 22 Long Blanks or nail gun blanks. Those are difficult to remove after firing.
Use only 22 Short Blanks. Use CCI short Blanks or acorn blanks. (Available at most local sporting goods stores) The short blanks might require removal from the adapter with the extraction pin included with the set. These adapters are intended only for use with 22 Short Blanks. Not for use with regular 22 "Bullets" or any projectile.
22 long blanks or Ramset blanks are considerably harder to extract and they are about the same sound level as the 22 Short blanks.
